Kate began working with Bolls Heating & Cooling in 2021. As a customer service representative, Kate meets the needs of our customers by scheduling calls and dispatching information to our technicians. She also holds the role of our in-house accounts payables. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her puppy.
